| Experience/Qualifications: |
Education/experience equivalent to graduate level study in applying systems analysis and project management techniques to solving business problems in a computing environment using a variety of computing platforms and software is required. At least 7 years of progressively responsible, hands-on technical experience including leadership on projects is also required with an emphasis on cross-platform, client-focused, financial services projects. PMI (Project Management Institute) certification or the willingness to pursue certification is desirable. Skills required include the ability to develop technical specifications from business/functional requirements, manage project resources, and the ability to handle potentially volatile situations with both internal and external clients tactfully and in a professional manner. Must be available to travel 60%.

| Job Description: |
The Senior Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for the overall management of Provenir software implementations at client sites within the financial services industry. The Senior PM will manage a team of Product Consultants and Technical staff on medium to long-term engagements at domestic and international client sites. The Senior PM will also work very closely with client management in risk, operations, and IT to ensure coordination of overall delivery.
Responsibilities include project plan creation, management of project scope with client, issue management, overall management of project in an effort to meet profit objectives and minimize loss, management of change control process, sizing of change requests and impact to current deliverables.
The Senior PM will also review business/functional requirements with the client, Product Consultants and Technical staff for completeness. Once finalized, the Senior PM will manage the design and creation of technical specifications, as well as the assignment of tasks throughout the development and testing effort. The Senior PM will also coordinate training as needed or defined in the Statement of Work.
The Senior PM ensures the overall quality of the implementation, and assists in the professional development of the Implementation Team by working with them to identify opportunities to expand their technical skills and business knowledge.
