Participants from 18 organizations gather to learn from each other and from Provenir experts
October 10, 2006
(Parsippany, New Jersey, USA) - Financial services executives, architects, project and business managers representing 18 financial organizations came to Short Hills, NJ for Provenir's 2006 Annual User Forum. Together with industry experts and Provenir senior staff, the attendees shared and gained insights from the experience of others, exchanged ideas and challenges and learned how to best leverage their investment in the Provenir platform across the entire customer lifecycle. An overwhelming majority of the attendees stated that the information and skills learned during the conference can be applied to their work, that the technical depth of the forum met their goals, and that the conference fully met their expectations.
One of the forum's highlights was the introduction of Provenir's upcoming Release 6.0, including live demonstrations of selected features. "We were excited to have the opportunity to demonstrate how Interaction Manager can be used to extend the number of channels that our clients can use to interact with their customers" said Lorraine Webster, Provenir's Director of Offering Management. "The forum allows us to share our latest innovations, preview upcoming releases of the software and obtain feedback about features that are most important to our customers," she added.
"The forum is an excellent opportunity for our customers to exchange experiences, ideas and challenges. It also allows us to demonstrate our latest software innovations and obtain feedback on features that are important to our customers" said Lawrence Smith, the founder and CEO of Provenir in his opening speech. He welcomed the participants to the forum and added that "The opportunity to hear from all of our customers makes the forum invaluable to Provenir."
In addition to learning from the experience of others, Provenir's customers used the forum to gain insight into both technical and business best practices for improving their time-to-market and position in today's highly competitive financial marketplace.
The conference highlights included:
- Demonstrations from Provenir's development team showing how the Provenir Platform can be used to interact with customers through a variety of channels including the internet, PDAs, email and cell phones
