These documents come from a variety of sources and are in many different file formats ranging from Microsoft® Office products to images that have been scanned for inclusion in the commercial loan file. The Provenir Platform enables lenders to gather documents throughout the loan interview, investigation and negotiation processes and then merge them into a single PDF document. The merged document can be automatically emailed to the members of the loan committee at the desired step in the workflow. Plus, lenders can now automatically regenerate a new, merged PDF document whenever one of the individual files is updated or added.
