Provenir product training provides all the concepts and skills that are necessary
for understanding the concepts of designing, implementing and managing our
single platform for customer lifecycle management. By attending the training
customers gain the information and tools that are required for the most effective
implementation and management of our solutions.
We offer a number of training courses to accommodate the unique requirements of our customers:
Provenir Essentials
This course is intended for users that will be building business logic using the Provenir Platform or supporting users of the Platform.
The 5-day training features, among other benefits, extensive hands-on exercises (including full implementation lifecycle experience) and individual attention by a team of experienced instructors.
Customers who participate in our Essentials training learn how to:
This course is intended for programmers and administrators responsible for the configuration and support of data bases, middleware and/or file servers that will be utilized by the Provenir Platform/solution.
The course covers the six Provenir Foundation Adaptors (link): File, JDBC, JMS, e-mail, TCP/IP, and Web Services. Students will learn how to configure each adaptor, create a profile, and use them within a workflow/process.
Provenir Small Business Solution Pack
This course is intended for users that will be utilizing the Small Business Solution Pack as bases for building a client specific solutions.
The course provides an in-depth review of the Provenir Small Business Solution Pack and students will learn how to deploy, integrate and test it in various configurations and environments.
Provenir Consumer Solution Pack
This course is intended for users that will be utilizing the Consumer Solution Pack as bases for building a client specific solutions.
The course provides an in-depth review of the Provenir Consumer Solution Pack and students will learn how to deploy, integrate and test it in various configurations and environments.
Provenir System Operations
This course is intended for users that are responsible for the deployment and monitoring of the Provenir configurations in the production environment.
The course provides comprehensive coverage of the features in Provenir Deployment Manager.
