The Rapid Solutions Delivery methodology combines Provenir’s project experience with industry standards and adds value to all domestic and international engagements. It includes project management and quality assurance procedures to ensure that performance of the delivery process is tracked and measured. It is an incremental and iterative approach that puts prototyped solutions in front of the business early on to minimize risk.

Implementation Services
These services include end-to-end development of a complete solution to the client’s specifications. Professional Services personnel work with the client’s business analysts to understand the domain and with the client’s IT department to create an automated and optimized business application. They rely on proven best practices and the Rapid Solutions Delivery (RSD) methodology to successfully and efficiently install and configure the Provenir solution. The team can also provide expertise in infrastructure and architectural definition.


Mentoring
Provenir Professional Services experts can act as mentors for the client’s design and development teams by working alongside them, advising on best practices, assisting with tuning and refinement of systems, and building the client’s self-reliance and skill sets.


Short-Term Task Assistance
Service professionals come on to a project as members of the client’s extended development team. They assist in code development, application integration, data linkages, and other scoped tasks. This offering can also include assistance for system maintenance and support from a configuration or infrastructure perspective. PS teams can also be contracted to work on a part time basis on the client’s behalf. Daily, weekly, or longer work tenures are possible by arrangement.


Platform Optimization Service
Provenir specialists work with the client to identify and remove processing bottlenecks, audit existing configurations and make recommendations to optimize usability and configurability of the solution. Services personnel call upon implementation experience at similar client sites and in-depth knowledge of new product features that can be brought to bear on a problem situation.
