Clients can also import and export data from and to numerous file formats including Word, Excel, PDF and XML. The Foundation Adaptors not only support integration with Web Services and Message Oriented Middleware, they also support the use of TCP/IP for systems that do not support these newer standards.

The Provenir Platform also supports numerous channels including online channels such as branches, call centers, the internet and mobile devices, as well as batch channels using JDBC and files.
