Provenir is headquartered at Morris Corporate Center 2, 1 Upper Pond Road, Bldg F – 4th Fl in Parsippany, New Jersey, in the United States and has offices in the United Kingdom and Singapore. Provenir is the data controller in respect of the activities referred to under this policy and is responsible for your personal data (collectively referred to as Provenir, “we”, “us” or “our” in this policy.) Provenir is also a data processor where we are providing services to Provenir Customers, the details of which will be set out in the relevant Provenir Customer contract.
As a company we obtain information from you as you use our website, when you contact us about products and services we offer, when you sign up to use our products and/or services. We also request information from you if you sign up to our marketing emails or newsletters.
As you interact with our website, we will automatically collect technical data about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns. We collect this personal data by using technologies.
We may also collect personal data about End Consumers from various third party sources or from our Provenir Customers in the provision of our products/and or services, as set out below.
Personal data that we collect from Site Visitors on our website includes IP addresses, page access information and profiling information. In addition, we collect the name and email address of Site Visitors, where they fill out a form on our website. We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal from our Site Visitors.
We collect Personal Data on behalf of our Provenir Customers regarding End Consumers from Provenir Customers and/or third parties, as a result of Provenir Customers contracting to use our decisioning products and/or services.
We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:
Where we need to perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with the Provenir Customer;
Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests; or
Where we need to comply with a legal obligation.

Provenir will never sell your personal data to third parties.
Provenir will not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third party service providers working on our behalf: We may release your personal data to our service providers and subcontractors, including our affiliates, and/or third party websites retained to perform functions on our behalf, or to provide services to us. Other than as stated, we would only release your personal data to third parties if we are required to do so by law, for example, by a court order or for the purposes of prevention of fraud or other crime.
