The Zendesk application is accessed via the Provenir OneLogin web portal.
Login to OneLogin using your One Login credentials: https://provenir.onelogin.com/login
Click the Provenir Support icon on the One Login screen. Clicking the Provenir Support icon will automatically open and log you into Zendesk.
